Each private session is 100% customized to your needs, whether you need to work on balance, core strength, coordination, overall strength or all of these. Whether you are recovering from an injury or surgery, you’re very fit and active or just trying to get yourself moving again, you will see results right away. You will notice yourself moving better, feeling better and getting stronger.
Duet sessions are like private sessions, but more fun because your are working out with a friend or workout partner. This session is customized to your common goals and will challenge each of you equally. Because this session is meant to be equally beneficial for both students, you should be fairly evenly matched in your fitness level and goals. BONUS: because it’s a duet, these sessions are more affordable.
Rehab sessions are for clients who are recovering from an injury or surgery, or for those who have been sedentary and have noticed certain aches and pains creeping in to their daily lives. These private sessions will focus on regaining mobility, stability and balance, strengthening for functional every day movements.
